Our top notch services

At SRIHARI ENGINEERING CO. we are involved in Laser Cutting, Bending, and Sheet Metal Fabrication. These services are offered to the clients in their residential as well as industrial buildings.

LASER CUTTING

It is a process that uses high-powered and high-quality mirrors to direct the light in a very laser-specific manner. Typically, materials are cut with CNC codes specified via Gcodetools or other programs depending on the software used to create them. Wood Country Laser uses high-quality optics and computer numerical control (CNC) to direct projects through a laser beam and use their expertise in this field, especially if you want precision cuts that other companies won’t be able to provide you with – whatever they may be!

Sometimes, the most efficient way to make lots of intricate cuts in a material is to laser-cut. This process uses an intense light beam to cut a mostly flat surface. One of the many benefits that come with this technology is that it offers clean edges, and it can be used on specific types of materials while still leaving an intact layer underneath. Sometimes, though, you want to create detailed designs or tricky shapes on just one side of something like the backside of your office filing cabinet. This is where a CO2 laser cutting process comes into play. Like most processes involving lasers, it lets you create complex cuts in materials that would otherwise require many different tools to do so otherwise. You’ll have more control over both speed and pressure when doing this with these specialized tools as well.

BENDING

It is a type of deformation where the work of this force creates a curve in the material. When looking at structures, it’s important to know how they’re composed and what each element is made out of, including ‘gussets,’ a metal plate or bar which reinforces another part. The thinner the rod (and therefore fewer gussets), the less likely it’ll be able to resist bending if weight is put on it. If you bend too much you may get a significant curve in your rod – ever leave some clothes hanging for a couple of weeks in your closet only to have the closet door barely open because all those clothes have sagged? This is an example of something similar happening with new closet rods.

Compressive and tensile forces induce stresses within a beam. As stress increases from the top of the beam to the bottom, the ratio between both stress values is found to be linearly proportional. Therefore, there exists an area on the linear path where their difference is indeterminate. This area provides a pathway for no bending stress in beams; this portion is known as the neutral axis. Any other regions within a beam are therefore under-stressed when compared to an effective application of a flat cross-section I, or T sections because they provide more resistance to bending stresses than uniform cross-sections.

FABRICATION

Metal fabrication is the process of acquiring custom metal components. This starts with you submitting your requirements and our team speaking with you about the different types of metal that could be used for constructing your custom part. Once this is done and we have an idea where you want to go, we will recommend all the different metal manufacturing processes that might work best to make sure that your special part gets a shape similar to what you have in mind. We then speak to several providers and negotiate their prices so we can offer them to you at competitive rates while still keeping our service quality high!

Engineers who work in metal manufacturing can be a little bit like surgeons. They make sure every cut is precise and that nothing is wasted so that not a scrap of metal goes to waste as it’s quite expensive. They are specially trained to know how to manipulate metal with accuracy and skill, getting the most out of any given material by making everything look good. These fabricators usually work at large-scale manufacturing operations or specialized fabrication shops. The shops themselves vary widely, offering general fabrication services or specialized fabrication for medical and IT industries.
